Adam Dickerson
Adam is an experienced business leader with a strong background in agricultural operations, logistics and customer service. As Vice President of Operations at Konos Inc., he oversaw all aspects of egg production, with a focus on operational excellence, animal welfare and safety.
Throughout his career, Adam has emphasized building strong customer relationships, delivering dependable service and finding ways to improve efficiency and drive sustainable business growth.
He brings a customer-first mindset to his leadership. Long-term success, he believes, is built on trust, consistency and a commitment to meeting and exceeding customer expectations.
